Please tell us the accomodation you would like us to deliver and collect from.

Select delivery and collection dates.

We deliver to hotels, resorts, campsites, B&Bs, residences.
Remember: we do not deliver to accommodation facilities in the historic center of Venice, airports, railway stations, cruise ports.

Payment and Reservation

If the product is available for the requested dates we will send you an email with a Paypal link to make the payment. Once paid, the equipment will be strictly reserved for you and will not be rented to another customer.

We remind you that you can also pay by credit card without having a PayPal account. AccessibleItalia has chosen to rely on the PayPal service because it protects your privacy and protects your personal and financial information with advanced automatic encryption systems.

Delivery

We deliver your scooter or mobility equipment to your accommodation on the desired date. You will find the required product ready for use.

Use the product

Use your mobility aid or beach chair. Please remember to charge your mobility aid every night to ensure is ready for use the next morning

Return the product

Return your mobility aid or beach chair. At the end of your rental period there is no need to contact us. For rentals delivered to a hotel, camping or b&b simply leave your product to the front desk and we will pick up from them. If we are picking up from a residence please ensure someone is available to release the rental product to us.
